Bruce,

Great question. I hadn't planned on specifically addressing that, but one of my most highly held beliefs is that Sales and Marketing must work together. I learned from many years in Sales, Sales Support and Marketing to ask the sales guys at every step of the process. They are out in the field dealing with customers and prospects. They understand what the market needs. I would like to learn more because I've never seen a formal agreement. How about doing a post on your blog describing a typical agreement, and I'll link to it.

Thanks,

Bob,
Are you going to address the subject of the Sales—Marketing internal agreement for new product launches?
