Your point about using a strong sales resource is right on. If you risk a junior resource during the launch phase you can end up with several dilemmas.
1.You just added another variable to the new product sales equation. Is my pitch correct or is the sales resource delivering it correctly?
2.Can you rely on the field sales feedback you get from a junior?
3.Can a junior resource pass the sales best practice on to the follow on team?
4.Is the new sales cycle managed correctly?
Only a reliable, senior sales resource should be part of your SWAT Team in my opinion.</description>
