Bob,

Thanks for the resources. We are an IT Support firm supporting Insurance Agents, Brokers and related companies for 17+ years. It is always a good idea to step outside and look back in from another point of view. We have seen the industry go from Mainframe computing to Novell networks to Microsoft Networks to Web based computing and beyond. It is crucial to have a finger on the pulse of your niche market and take a proactive stance on support.

Best Regards,

Thomas Carroll

Hi Mike,

I checked it out. I'd like you to do a guest post here if you're up to it. You have a different 'beat' from the pundits listed. You seem to be focused on social media marketing for the distribution channel (agencies). I think that's an interesting niche, and I'm sure there's significant activity by vendors in that space.

Please let me know if / when.

Thanks,

Bob

Bob, saw your post on Twitter. Love to be included in your short list of insurance technology bloggers. Been at it for 4 years now. It's an interesting space that seems to be building up for a lot of action in the next few years. Let's connect.
